coachAs a coach, I prefer positive motivation (encourage, build up, correct in love) over negative motivation (discourage, tear down, correct in fear).  I would like to be compared with the likes of a Tony Dungy rather than a Bob Knight.  Start encouraging your players more but using some of the phrases listed here (I’m sure there are more than 94).
