pdf-iconIn dealing with coaches in sports ministry, my experience has been if you ask 10 different coaches what their “job” is as a coach, that you would probably get 10 different answers.  One of the ways to avoid this is to have a job description for a coach to help keep all of the coaches and leaders accountable and connected to a vision.

On the right is a document that we at CSO recommend for churches to use (or modify) when assigning a job description to a coach.  Check it out.

Additionally, this document can be found in the CSO Resource Center.
