The CSO Network strategy has three levels of involvement. Level 1 involves monthly webinars for Sports Outreach leaders, quarterly webinars for coaches, access to CSO resources, and an invitation to a CSO Network yearly conference. Level 2 has all the elements of Level 1 plus a monthly conference call with other Sports Outreach leaders with a CSO facilitator and a yearly evaluation. Level 3 has all of Level 1 and 2 plus monthly individual coaching with a CSO coach.

The CSO Network enables you to get involved with other like-minded sports ministry leaders and facilitate your training of your people. It enables you to build supportive relationships and get more targeted help in the challenges you face.
