If you would like to make a donation to CSO and write a check, you can do so by following the below directions:

1.  Make your check out to ‘Church Sports Outreach’ or ‘CSO’

2.  Include with your check a note indicating what person you would like to support or what fund you would like to support (CSO General Fund, Chaplains, Church Mobilization, Bob Dyar, Bob Schindler, Tim Briggs, Cindy Bledsoe).

3.  Mail your check to:
